Client accused of possessing a firearm in his car after previously being convicted with a felony. Client indicted as a true habitual and facing 25 years to Life in Prison. Client’s case reduced to a misdemeanor with a time served sentence.
Assault of a Peace Officer
Client accused of kicking an officer while being detained. Client facing 2 to 20 years in prison. Client’s case reduced to a misdemeanor with a time served sentence.
